About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Marketo to design, configure, and execute data-driven digital campaigns. This role is for a global client and requires working 100% onsite in Miami, FL. The specialist will be responsible for translating marketing requirements into campaign builds within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), configuring campaigns, audiences, rules, triggers, and journeys, and ensuring consistency across messaging, segmentation, channels, and timing. The role also involves validating campaign setup, executing campaign go-live, partnering with various teams, monitoring campaign performance against KPIs, analyzing results, and continuously optimizing campaigns for improved performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, campaign management, or marketing automation
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo
  • Proven experience building and launching campaigns in Adobe tools
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance
  • Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Design digital marketing campaigns including audience targeting, messaging, channels, sequencing, and timing
  • Define campaign logic (who receives what message and when)
  • Set KPIs, success criteria, and reporting requirements before campaign launch
  • Translate marketing requirements into campaign builds within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Configure campaigns, audiences, rules, triggers, and journeys in Adobe platforms
  • Ensure consistency across messaging, segmentation, channels, and timing
  • Validate campaign setup including audiences, rules, content, and tracking
  • Execute campaign go-live and ensure accuracy and quality
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, technology, and compliance teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and track against KPIs
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and improve performance
