A Brief Overview The Marketing Performance Manager is a highly organized, analytically minded individual responsible for enabling operational excellence and alignment across the marketing organization. This role partners closely with marketing leadership, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to support marketing planning, performance monitoring, and initiatives. This position requires strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and drive disciplined operating rhythms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 8+ years Marketing and related experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Solid understanding of marketing performance management.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing effectiveness and ROI by monitoring overall marketing performance optimization based on performance and operational rigor.
  • Develop and maintain a strong partnership with the Data & Analytics team for all marketing performance metrics and analysis that requires analytics or involve enterprise metrics.
  • Evaluate and monitor agency performance and effectiveness.
  • Be a strategic operational partner to the Head of Marketing on priorities, integrated planning, and special projects.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline execution, reduce friction, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage Marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by building project plans, defining milestones, tracking progress, and driving delivery.
  • Work closely with the Procurement team to manage multiple Marketing Purchase Orders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
