About The Position

Carolinas Creative Counseling (C3), a growing behavioral health organization providing mental health services to individuals and families throughout North Carolina, is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator. The role focuses on expanding C3’s community presence, strengthening referral partnerships, and increasing access to its behavioral health services. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with full-time or part-time scheduling available. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The role involves local travel in Charlotte and surrounding counties.

Requirements

Previous experience in marketing, community outreach, healthcare sales, or business development.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and referral tracking systems.

Nice To Haves

Behavioral health or mental health industry experience.
Established community connections in Mecklenburg, Gaston, Union, Cabarrus, or Rowan counties.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with schools, hospitals, healthcare providers, social workers, and community organizations.
Generate qualified referrals for outpatient therapy, Intensive In-Home (IIH), and other C3 behavioral health services.
Conduct in-person outreach visits, presentations, and networking activities.
Identify and establish new community referral partnerships.
Assist with social media marketing, promotional campaigns, and community events.
Coordinate with the intake team to ensure timely referral follow-up.
Track outreach activities, referral sources, and conversion outcomes.
Submit weekly marketing and outreach performance reports.
Meet established monthly outreach and partnership development goals.
