About The Position

Honeycomb is hiring a Marketing Ops Analyst on its Revenue Operations team to strengthen alignment across go-to-market teams and improve how the company measures, analyzes, and forecasts performance across the customer journey. This newly created role will develop a shared view of the funnel—from the first website visit through sales engagement to closed-won revenue—used by marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership. The analyst will partner with marketing, RevOps, and the broader revenue organization to improve visibility, forecasting, and accountability. The role builds full-funnel reporting by connecting marketing activity in tools such as HubSpot to opportunities and closed-won business in Salesforce. It also helps establish shared definitions for attribution and metrics, improves campaign ROI measurement, and creates and maintains reports and dashboards using AI tools and the company’s BI tool. The position is remote at a fully distributed company.

Requirements

  • About 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in marketing, revenue operations, or a multi-hat go-to-market role.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Excel and BI tools.
  • Working knowledge of marketing concepts and terms, such as MQLs.
  • Interpersonal skills to negotiate shared definitions across teams with different perspectives.
  • Curiosity about AI and how to use it in analysis.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.

  • Partner with marketing on lead scoring and how leads flow into Salesforce.
  • Improve campaign ROI measurement so teams can evaluate results and adjust spending.
  • Work with marketing and go-to-market teams to agree on shared metric definitions and publish them as a single source of truth.
  • Build reports and dashboards with AI tools, refine them based on stakeholder feedback, and publish final versions to the BI tool on a regular refresh schedule.
  • Analyze data, including with AI, to uncover patterns and insights.

  • Generous equity with an employee-friendly stock program.
  • Transparent, experience-relative pay levels.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Home office, co-working, and internet stipend.
