About The Position

At Replicant, we believe AI should work for people, starting with customer service. That’s why we built a platform that helps contact centers resolve more requests, proactively identify issues, and improve agent performance with AI-powered conversation intelligence and AI agents that act like your best reps. Our AI agents handle millions of calls every month for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth innovators. From processing payments to booking appointments and authenticating users, they help customers get what they need instantly, 24/7. Meanwhile, our real-time conversation insights help contact center leaders coach better and improve every interaction. We are leading the shift from legacy systems to AI-first service, powered by large language models (LLMs) and designed for enterprise scale, security, and empathy. If you’re excited by the potential of LLMs, voice AI, and building category-defining technology with a kind, ambitious team, you’ll love it here. We're looking for a Marketing Operations / System Admin Contractor to join our Revenue Operations team for a focused, 3-month engagement. Reporting to the Sr Manager of RevOps, you'll take ownership of the data quality, systems administration, campaign operations, and some of the day-to-day ticket queue that currently create bottlenecks for our GTM team. This is a highly autonomous, execution-focused role: you'll be trusted to take a problem statement and run with it, with light check-ins rather than day-to-day direction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on administrative experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (or equivalent MAP) (fields, objects, workflows, campaign configuration).
  • Experience building and launching marketing campaigns end-to-end, including forms, sequencing, and lifecycle automation.
  • A sharp eye for data quality — comfortable auditing, standardizing, and cleaning CRM data at scale.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Apollo, Influ2, Default or Clay is a plus.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Own data quality across our CRM stack — audit and fix inconsistent or incomplete records, standardize fields, and build ongoing hygiene checks so data stays clean over time, not just a one-time fix.
  • Handle systems administration across our GTM stack: create and update fields, manage picklists and object configuration, and troubleshoot integrations between tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Influ2, Default and Clay.
  • Manage data and system related RevOps ticket queue: ownership and territory reassignments, account/opportunity cleanup (e.g., merging duplicates), system access requests, etc.
  • Own end-to-end campaign operations: build new marketing campaigns from form to data cleanup to sequence automation.
  • Work with stakeholders to pull ad hoc reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support the team and campaigns

Benefits

  • In-person connection that counts: company-wide offsites and smaller team gatherings designed to make remote work feel personal
  • Tech & learning stipend: Conferences, books, courses — interested? We’ll fund them
  • Remote by design: We’re distributed — no guilt about life events, we trust you to manage your calendar
  • Health & wellness: Flexible vacations, paid sabbatical after 5 years, comprehensive benefits, plus a stipend to support your physical and mental well-being
  • Compensation that matches your impact: competitive salaries in the company you’re helping to build
  • Equity with upside: We believe in shared ownership—You’ll own a real piece of a fast-growing AI company
