About The Position

The Marketing Operations Specialist provides administrative, project, and operational support across all areas of the Marketing Department. This position supports Strategic Marketing and Gaming Marketing initiatives, including advertising, database marketing, promotions, events, Players Club, Player Development, and internal and external communications.

Requirements

Administrative, project, and operational support skills.
Experience supporting marketing initiatives (advertising, database marketing, promotions, events, Players Club, Player Development, internal/external communications).
Ability to coordinate projects and maintain calendars/schedules.
Assistance with planning and execution of events and functions.
Support for guest engagement initiatives.
Handling requests for sponsorships, partnerships, donations, and events.
Assistance with marketing communications, collateral management, and reporting.
Operational support during staffing shortages or leaves.
Knowledge of company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing projects, programs, and departmental initiatives.
Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
Support advertising, creative, database marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Assist with the planning and execution of promotions, events, entertainment, and VIP functions.
Support Players Club, Player Development, and guest engagement initiatives.
Receives requests for sponsorships, community partnerships, donations, and community events.
Assist with marketing communications, collateral management, and reporting.
Provide operational support during staffing shortages, vacations, leaves, and special projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
