Role Overview Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Technology & Operations Specialist will play a critical role in managing and optimizing FacilityOS’s marketing technology stack. This role is ideal for someone who loves applying technology to real-world problems, learning new tools, and growing their marketing operations skill set from the ground up. You will help ensure our systems work together seamlessly to support campaign execution, marketing attribution, and pipeline creation—fueling the company’s next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with the revenue operations team and experienced marketers across demand generation, product marketing, and sales, gaining hands-on exposure to how modern B2B marketing organizations operate at scale.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated love for applying technology to marketing problems.
  • Strong ability and desire to learn new tools, platforms, and systems.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related role (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing concepts such as campaigns, funnels, and attribution.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of our marketing technology stack.
  • Help connect systems such as HubSpot (experience helpful but not required), Salesforce, Zapier, Qualified AI Chatbot, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft to enable smooth data flow and automation.
  • Maintain data hygiene, field mappings, and system configurations to support reporting and execution.
  • Assist in building and executing marketing campaigns across email, events, and digital programs.
  • Create and maintain automations, forms, workflows, and triggers that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with demand generation to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and perform as expected.
  • Help track and report on marketing performance, attribution, and pipeline contribution.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports that provide visibility into funnel performance.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure data accuracy and trust in reporting.
  • Document marketing processes, system usage, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort through technology.
  • Act as a problem solver when systems or processes break down.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment between marketing and sales systems.
  • Assist with lead routing, lifecycle management, and campaign attribution in Salesforce.
  • Support the marketing team with tools like Canva to enable efficient creation of campaign assets.
  • Help ensure assets and campaigns are consistently deployed across channels.
  • Stay curious and proactive about learning new marketing technologies and best practices.
  • Test and evaluate new tools, features, or integrations that can improve performance or efficiency.
  • Stay on the forefront of emerging AI-enabled marketing technology trends, and suggest new technologies to adopt to help the business scale efficiently. Be part of implementing and learning new technologies.
