Requirements

• 4-6+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Certified meeting planner preferred
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
• Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leadership team to develop the corporate events strategy
• Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
• Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople
• Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development
• Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs
• Manage vendors and event contractors
• Provide onsite coordination of corporate events
• Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events
• Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets
• Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance
• Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams
