About The Position

Binary Stream is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their Marketing team. This role is crucial for the execution and measurement of marketing programs, including paid media, email, events, and CRM. The specialist will ensure campaigns are well-coordinated, set up effectively in HubSpot, and supported by accurate tracking and reporting. The position involves executing marketing campaigns while simultaneously improving the underlying systems, data, and processes. Key contributions will include strengthening lead capture and management, enhancing campaign measurement, and utilizing performance data for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related B2B role.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Familiarity with paid media, email marketing, CRM systems, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and improve processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in partner or channel-driven marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting events, webinars, or trade shows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot, including workflows, campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Improve lead management processes, including routing, data structure, and campaign measurement.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to maintain accurate CRM integration and data consistency.
  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across priority channels, tracking performance against key metrics.
  • Support testing, targeting, and landing page alignment to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Build and deploy marketing emails that support campaigns, events, and nurture programs.
  • Manage segmentation, quality assurance, and performance optimization to improve engagement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports across HubSpot, CRM, and paid platforms.
  • Provide insights on campaign performance and contribute to attribution tracking across channels.
  • Coordinate and execute trade shows and events from planning through follow-up.
  • Ensure lead capture, campaign tracking, and post-event reporting are in place.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve consistency through automation.
  • Support adoption of marketing tools, naming conventions, and reporting standards.
