Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with Google Ads and / or LinkedIn Ads
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, events, and trade shows (e.g., exhibit design, logistics coordination, on-site support).
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Manage and organize marketing collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and white papers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales, business development, and product development initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases, including entering and updating customer contact information and sales opportunities.
  • Support the company's website and social media channels, including the creation of content and monitoring of engagement metrics.
  • Support the creation and delivery of presentations and other materials.
  • Conduct market or customer research to support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support the sales team’s efforts in tracking sales leads and opportunities, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
