The Opportunity Wrapbook's go-to-market motion is maturing fast, and the daily systems behind it need to keep pace. This role sits inside RevOps, embedded with Marketing - close enough to the work to understand it, independent enough to build the infrastructure that makes it scale. You'll spend most of your time in the execution layer: campaign ops, data hygiene, enrichment, and attribution. But the goal isn't just to run plays accurately - it's to learn how operational systems get designed, and eventually own that work. This is the right role for someone who wants to grow from executing processes to building the ones that make execution faster and more reliable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a technical GTM role
  • Hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce in a production environment (Required)
  • Experience using enrichment platforms (experience with Clay strongly preferred)
  • Strong execution discipline with a track record of building campaigns accurately and at scale
  • Comfort working deeply with data, including segmentation logic, attribution dependencies, and system integrations
  • A systems-first mindset - you think in workflows, edge cases, and failure modes
  • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and adapt existing approaches to solve new problems

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day campaign build, QA, execution, and maintenance in Marketo and Salesforce - ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clean attribution across channels
  • Troubleshoot execution, data, and integration issues across marketing systems
  • Support ABGTM motions by implementing segmentation, account signals, and targeting logic in partnership with Demand Gen
  • Build and maintain a marketing data hygiene system using programmatic enrichment workflows, validation, and Clay
  • Proactively audit data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks before they impact performance or reporting
  • Enforce data standards that improve attribution reliability across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps - and ensure downstream reporting is built on trustworthy data
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager to operationalize and scale marketing processes - translating requirements into repeatable workflows, documentation, and automation
  • Enable AI-assisted enrichment, QA, and workflow optimization to reduce manual effort and increase execution capacity
  • Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen systems, reduce failure points, and improve operational efficiency
