About The Position

The Product Availability & Marketing Operations Specialist serves as a key liaison between operations, marketing, and commercial teams. This role is responsible for timely, effective communication of supply constraints and inventory status to the BSH Field Team, enabling proactive customer engagement and transparency on product availability. The Specialist drives cross-functional collaboration among Customer & Sales Support, Install Project Managers, Product Marketing, Supply & Demand Planning, and Distribution. They coordinate and support the execution of product availability processes, working closely with marketing to ensure alignment with all stakeholders and to drive continuous improvement.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in roles supporting a sales organization, customer service, or related commercial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication of supply constraints, product allocations, and inventory status to the BSHS Field Team, Customer & Sales Support, Install Project Managers, Product Marketing, Supply Planning, and Distribution.
  • Ensure marketing is actively involved in all relevant product availability activities and processes, maintaining strong alignment and communication between marketing and all stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in recurring cross-functional meetings, including Weekly Supply team sessions.
  • Manage publication of the Product Pulse notification
  • Provide timely updates on inventory and recovery plans to enable proactive customer outreach and expectation setting.
  • Collaborate closely to ensure alignment and operational excellence with key stakeholders including but not limited to Customer Support, Sales Support, Demand Planning, Product Marketing, Distribution, Install Project Managers, Sales, and Quality.
  • Oversee execution of communication plans such as the Friday Flash and Product Pulse to keep all teams and stakeholders informed.
  • Partner with the core team to manage the allocation process and support the release of allocation holds, ensuring healthy product inventory through ongoing communication and alignment.
  • Serve as a first-level point of contact for product availability escalations and troubleshooting with internal partners.
