About The Position

The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for helping ensure client accounts are managed with consistency, accuracy, and a high level of quality across Drive Social Media. This role reviews accounts across platforms, including Salesforce, Google, Meta, and other internal tools to confirm that client deliverables are being executed in line with scope, timelines, and internal standards. This person will also help strengthen operational discipline by monitoring process compliance, reinforcing accountability across teams, and supporting continuous improvement in how work gets done.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM/project management platform.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing deadlines and resources in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Audit client accounts across Salesforce, Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Verify that all services and deliverables outlined in each client’s scope of work are being completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor account communication standards to confirm timeliness, responsiveness, and adherence to agency guidelines.
  • Identify gaps, risks, or compliance issues and document action items for resolution.
  • Communicate findings to Account Strategists and other teams in a clear, actionable format.
  • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure corrective actions are completed within defined timelines.
  • Provide accountability checks to confirm issues are resolved and compliance is restored.
  • Develop and maintain clear operational processes for account management, auditing, and compliance checks.
  • Create training materials and lead sessions for team members on Salesforce best practices, compliance expectations, and process adherence.
  • Partner with leadership to implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on account compliance and Salesforce use.
