About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our marketing automation, lifecycle programs, and campaign infrastructure. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations & Lifecycle, this role ensures programs are built accurately, data flows cleanly between systems, and lifecycle experiences operate as designed. Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation within B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot/MCAE preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and QA discipline.
  • Comfort working within Salesforce-integrated environments.
  • Experience with segmentation, list building, and automation logic.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
  • Desire to grow into broader lifecycle and marketing systems ownership.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building, editing, and optimizing marketing emails, landing pages, and form experiences within marketing automation platforms.
  • Previous experience utilizing AI tools to optimize marketing campaigns or workflows.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and cleanup.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of core marketing programs and operational workflows across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create lists, segmentation logic, email builds, and automation workflows.
  • Ensure tracking, routing, and reporting are properly configured.
  • Support on-time and error-free campaign launches.
  • Assist in building and maintaining nurture programs and behavior-driven flows.
  • Monitor scoring, grading, and lifecycle stage transitions.
  • Identify automation errors or breakdowns and resolve quickly.
  • Support ongoing optimization of lifecycle programs.
  • Support marketing business process management initiatives related to trade shows, including printing logistics, lead workflows, and inventory management.
  • Assist with budget tracking and marketing spend coordination.
  • Support trade shows and events, including materials, logistics, and lead workflows.
  • Coordinate marketing requests and orders across teams.
  • Provide operational support for webinars and virtual events (setup, registration, follow-up).
  • Support Pendo builds including in-app guides, banners, and activation messages.
  • QA in-app experiences to ensure proper targeting and display.
  • Monitor performance metrics and surface insights to the Manager, Marketing Operations & Lifecycle.
  • Maintain marketing data quality and segmentation accuracy.
  • Monitor sync health between marketing systems and Salesforce.
  • Support routing accuracy and lead flow integrity.
  • Assist with list audits and cleanup initiatives.
  • Pull campaign and funnel performance reports.
  • Assist in maintaining lifecycle dashboards.
  • Support performance tracking across lead flow and conversion stages.
  • Surface anomalies or trends in data.
  • Support administration of marketing tools including Pardot/MCAE, Pendo, LeanData, Chili Piper, Wistia, WordPress, ClickUp, Clouddingo, and related platforms.
  • Assist with testing new workflows and automation enhancements.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve marketing operations workflows and productivity.
  • Maintain and improve process documentation and workflows.
