About The Position

The role of the Marketing Operations Specialist at American Pest facilitates the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. This role assists with automated workflow development and maintenance, audience segmentation management, as well as guaranteeing precise lead routing and system-wide data integrity. Additionally, the role aids in the tracking and reporting of campaigns, supports the monitoring of performance metrics, and maintains dashboards. The Specialist also collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams, as well as external partners, to support ongoing initiatives and guarantee alignment with overarching business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field required
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or marketing operations required
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar platforms and Google Ad Suite preferred
  • Strong analytic background with an interest in interpreting marketing data
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnel and lead attribution analysis
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player
  • Problem-solving mindset to ask questions and propose solutions
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables and a good understanding of analytics), and Microsoft Teams required
  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), or advanced analytics
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, and Search Console preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms including HubSpot
  • Support the building, testing, and maintenance of automated workflows
  • Help implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver more targeted marketing communications
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support campaign execution and lead management, aligned with broader goals
  • Help maintain integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Monitor lead flow and ensure proper routing and tracking to sales teams
  • Identify and share opportunities to improve data accuracy and segmentation
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing campaigns, including email, digital advertising, and lead generation efforts
  • Support the creation of dashboards and reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
  • Help maintain Google Analytics and other PPC dashboards
  • Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support on-going initiatives
  • Coordinate day-to-day communications with SaaS partners as needed
  • Participate in Marketing team projects, presentations, events, and activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
