Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, this role helps drive the systems, workflows, planning rhythms, reporting structures, and operational processes that support coordinated campaign execution and organizational efficiency. The Marketing Operations Manager plays a central role in enabling operational excellence across the Marketing department by ensuring workflows, planning systems, reporting structures, repositories, and operational governance mechanisms remain scalable, organized, and execution-focused. The role operates within a highly collaborative, deadline-driven environment that requires strong prioritization skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain operational clarity across competing priorities and stakeholders.
