Nulogy is seeking an AI-forward, systems-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to help scale and optimize the operational infrastructure behind our GTM engine. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will own the systems, workflows, automation, reporting, and operational processes that support pipeline generation across inbound, outbound, ABM, customer marketing, and integrated GTM programs. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, business development, revenue operations, AI enablement, and marketing systems architecture. The ideal candidate combines strong operational thinking with curiosity around AI, automation, workflow orchestration, and scalable process design. This is not a traditional “marketing automation” role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving operational complexity, improving trust in data and systems, identifying opportunities for automation, and helping GTM teams move faster with better visibility and cleaner infrastructure. This role will play a foundational part in enabling Nulogy’s AI-forward GTM strategy.
