Progressive Leasing is a leading provider of in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own solutions, a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG). Purchasing Power, also part of PROG Holdings, is a leading employee purchase program that helps people buy products and services through payroll deduction. This role is for a B2B Marketing Operations Manager at Purchasing Power, focusing on shaping the company's presence with employers, partners, and the broader market. The manager will work closely with sales, account management, and sales enablement to build effective programs for prospecting, nurture campaigns, partner enablement, client retention/engagement, and overall brand presence across employer groups. The position involves building operational infrastructure from the ground up, creating structure, automation, and reporting frameworks, and developing practical, lightweight solutions while understanding operational, data, and tooling details for a smooth B2B engine as it grows. This is a hybrid role based out of Atlanta, GA (Atlantic Station office) with a few on-site days each week.
