The Marketing Operations Manager is a process-oriented, systems thinker who understands how people, processes, and platforms connect. They are responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing technology infrastructure that powers Dodge Industrial's revenue operations. This role owns the core operations stack (including marketing automation, CRM, and the DodgeIndustrial.com website), drives alignment between Marketing and Sales Operations, and owns the paid media performance strategy. As a people manager, this role is responsible for developing direct reports, building team capabilities, and evolving the team's structure and skill sets to meet changing business needs, emerging marketing trends, and new technology.
