Marketing Operations & Design Coordinator

LUKES LOBSTERMinneapolis, MN
$24 - $27Hybrid

About The Position

Luke’s Lobster is looking for a highly organized, creative, and hands-on Marketing Operations & Design Coordinator to join our marketing team. This hybrid role will support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across our shacks, website, digital channels, and broader brand. The ideal candidate is an excellent project coordinator and problem solver with a strong eye for design and 2–3 years of experience in marketing, creative production, graphic design, or a related field. You’re someone who can keep multiple projects moving, manage details and deadlines, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and jump in to execute when needed. This person will be responsible for executing design needs in-house—such as menu updates, signage updates, and other CPG and restaurant-level materials—while coordinating the production and distribution of larger creative projects that are designed by our external partners. This role will also work in collaboration with these external partners to meet brand standards. You'll also serve as a key operational partner to the marketing team, helping keep projects moving from idea > design > production > delivery > execution.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
