About The Position

The dedicated members of the Victaulic Marketing organization are driven by our shared desire to best serve our customers. We do this by putting laser focus on crafting every customer touchpoint into an exceptional experience. Our Marketing Operations team plays a pivotal role in these efforts. Their focus is on building efficient processes and workflows to ensure a seamless execution of our initiatives as well as administrating supporting systems. Requirements

  • College degree in business administration/marketing or equivalent working experience.
  • Knowledge of database structures and proficiency in database functions.
  • Required knowledge includes Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, as well as Microsoft Suite.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with employees at all levels in the organization and across all regions.
  • Excellent project management skills including organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple short- and long-term projects in addition to balancing local and global corporate priorities and critical deadlines.
  • Ability to work with and gain the trust of teams across departments.
  • Willingness to work independently as required.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to learn our business, our markets, our organization, and our customer base.
  • Should understand business across markets and regions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives and work as a team with other Marketing and cross department professionals.
  • Ability to work independently when required as well as across regions/time zones as part of global team.

Responsibilities

  • Administering, maintaining, and auditing marketing operations database systems to support customer-centric business growth.
  • Supporting business process improvements and governance.
  • Supporting the development of critical marketing and sales-related collateral.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with colleagues throughout the organization globally to produce high-quality Sales content.
  • Key member of the Marketing Operations team, contributing to customer-centric collateral, sales literature, and content management.
  • Driving strong interdepartmental coordination and communication.
  • Working with other cross-functional team members (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, PCM, HR) as needed to advance global customer-centric initiatives.
  • Supporting in task executions of various operating databases.
  • Assisting in Price List executions in desktop publishing, design software applications and data management/reports.
  • Assisting in development of data change reports and execution, deliverables are met within the timelines established.
  • Supporting and following internal processes, best practices, checklists, revision control and training documentation for the department.
  • Exemplifying Victaulic leadership values, characteristics and traits and actively promoting them across the organization.
