About The Position

Manifest O.S. is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate, Webinars & Events to join their growth team. This role focuses on building authentic connections with individuals navigating complex immigration journeys through community-building and providing legal support. The team collaborates closely with sales, product, and customer success to create seamless experiences. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of marketing operations, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience at a B2C company, preferably in fintech, healthcare, legal, or financial services. They should have end-to-end ownership of a webinar program, treating it as a growth channel. Proficiency with webinar platforms (Zoom, Goldcast, On24, or similar), marketing automation (HubSpot or Marketo), and data analysis (SQL or BI tools) is required. The role involves rigorous execution for both large webinars and smaller in-person events, with an understanding of building authentic connections with multicultural audiences.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing operations, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience at a B2C company.
  • Experience in fintech, healthcare, legal, or financial services is ideal.
  • End-to-end ownership of a webinar program.
  • Hands-on experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom, Goldcast, On24, or similar.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Comfortable using SQL or a BI tool to pull data.
  • Ability to manage both large webinars and smaller in-person events with equal rigor.
  • Understanding of building authentic connections with multicultural audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production of approximately 40 webinars per month, including topic selection, speaker coordination, platform setup, dry runs, moderation, and post-event nurture.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack for webinars, including the webinar platform, HubSpot/Marketo lead flow, UTM tracking, attribution, and lead routing.
  • Partner with the growth team on webinar promotion and report on the full funnel performance, from registration to attendance, MQLs, consultations, and revenue.
  • Coordinate internal experts, attorneys, and community partners as speakers, including programming for Chinese, Brazilian, Colombian, Russian, and other immigrant audiences.
  • Develop a repeatable playbook to scale webinar cadence without sacrificing quality.
  • Coordinate approximately 4 in-person events per month, such as community meetups, partner dinners, conference presence, and immigration workshops.
  • Manage all logistics for in-person events, including venue, vendors, AV, registration, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track event ROI alongside the webinar funnel, including registrations, attendance, leads, and pipeline contribution.
