About The Position

The Marketing Operations and Analytics Specialist role supports data-driven marketing decisions by ensuring accurate data, clear measurement, and actionable insights across the buyer journey. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing CRMs and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google analytics, Content Square and other market intelligence platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnels, performance metrics, and attribution concepts.
  • Experience building dashboards and interpreting data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce data consistency standards across the marketing CRM, maintaining accurate and complete information.
  • Support platform integrations between the marketing CRM and connected platforms (sales CRM, web analytics, social, event tools), partnering with technical teams as needed.
  • Define and evolve marketing measurement frameworks (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) aligned to marketing and sales goals.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign, channel, and full-funnel performance.
  • Analyze funnel and buyer journey performance to identify trends, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities from lead through opportunity.
  • Evaluate campaign and content performance to understand drivers of engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact, and recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Support attribution analysis to quantify marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain scalable automation frameworks, workflows, and documentation that improve efficiency and enable execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and CRM teams into operational and investment decisions.
  • Support department financial operations by processing invoices, monitoring expenditures, maintaining budget records, and generating regular budget and expense reports.
