OVERVIEW: The Marketing Operations & Analytics Lead will play a critical role in supporting RxSight’s global digital growth strategy through ownership and optimization of marketing operations, Salesforce (SFDC), Marketing Cloud, analytics, reporting, and integrated marketing technology ecosystems. Reporting to the Director, Digital Growth Marketing, this role will be responsible for enabling scalable, data-driven marketing execution and delivering actionable business insights that improve lead generation, funnel performance, customer engagement, and commercial effectiveness. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing organization by managing CRM workflows, marketing automation processes, campaign analytics, reporting infrastructure, lead management, and system integrations while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce (SFDC), Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and integrated marketing technologies.
  • Experience managing marketing operations, lead management workflows, campaign execution, and analytics in a growth-oriented organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEO, paid media, website analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing analytics, automation, and reporting tools preferred.
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, funnel analytics, attribution modeling, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and process management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, IT, and external vendors.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within healthcare or medical device marketing environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, marketing analytics, or digital marketing operations.
  • Experience working within medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce (SFDC), Marketing Cloud, marketing automation platforms, and CRM integrations.
  • Experience supporting lead generation, demand generation, and digital marketing analytics programs.
  • Strong experience with reporting tools, dashboard development, and marketing performance analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, IT, and external technology vendors.
  • Training or certifications in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CRM administration, marketing automation, analytics, or related technologies preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or CRM-related certifications preferred.
  • Google Analytics or digital marketing analytics certifications preferred.
  • Marketing automation platform certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) preferred.
  • Experience working within regulated healthcare or medical device environments preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce dashboards, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, website tracking tools, SEO reporting platforms, and digital performance analytics.
  • Experience with data management, segmentation, audience targeting, and campaign tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing business lead for Salesforce (SFDC), Marketing Cloud, and integrated marketing technology platforms supporting marketing and commercial operations.
  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows, lead routing, campaign tracking, segmentation, audience management, and marketing automation processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline progression, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Partner with Digital Growth Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams to improve funnel visibility, lead attribution, and conversion tracking.
  • Support the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, customer journeys, and automated workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and compliance across marketing databases, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support system integrations, platform enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Analyze campaign and customer performance data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Support website analytics, digital performance tracking, and audience behavior analysis.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of AI-enabled marketing analytics, automation tools, and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop standardized processes and documentation for marketing operations and reporting activities.
  • Provide training and support to marketing and commercial teams on CRM usage, reporting tools, dashboards, and marketing systems.
  • Ensure all marketing operations activities comply with applicable regulatory, legal, privacy, and data governance requirements.
