About The Position

The Marketing Analytics role will play a pivotal role in driving growth strategy. Responsible for supporting marketing strategies and execution across paid and organic channels, while owning the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics that inform and optimize efforts. We're excited to hire this role at Range's office in New York City. All of our positions follow an in-office schedule Monday through Friday, allowing you to collaborate directly with your team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field plus five (5) years of analytics experience.
  • In the alternative, the business will accept a Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field plus four (4) years of Analytics Experience in a related occupation.
  • The position requires four (4) years of experience with marketing analytics, specifically emphasizing paid media performance.
  • Experience with SQL and Python to build data pipelines, extract and clean raw marketing data, and conduct advanced quantitative analysis
  • Experience with managing and analyzing intricate datasets
  • Experience with paid acquisition channels, including campaign setup, optimization, and measurement
  • Experience with HTML
  • Experience with Metabase, Looker, or similar BI platforms
  • Experience with performing analytics for both large companies as well as high-growth startups.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze complex datasets.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, podcasts, and other emerging platforms.
  • Partner with content and organic teams to analyze the performance of SEO and social initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and refine strategies to target high-value audiences, leveraging insights from contextual and demographic data.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and aggregate marketing data from various sources, including 3rd party platforms (Meta and Google) and internal data warehouses.
  • Develop and automate reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of campaign performance, including attribution modeling, A/B testing, and spend efficiency studies.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
  • Perform predictive modeling, campaign forecasting, or creative fatigue analysis (Hill function modeling) using Python.
  • Collaborate with engineers to enhance data collection processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Position requires less than 10% domestic travel.
