GORUCK is looking for a multi-talented Marketing & Media Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. This role is for a visual storyteller and a technical executor who lives the rucking lifestyle. The ideal candidate doesn’t just market the brand—they know it, live it, and can translate that energy into digital content. GORUCK is a team of unconventional thinkers and doers, seeking someone whose path has been unconventional and who continues to seek new challenges. While experience is valued, passion, grit, and a hunger to learn are prioritized over a traditional resume. This is an individual contributor role perfect for someone who is hands-on, hungry to learn, and ready to help build digital content from the ground up. You will work directly with our Chief Branding Officer, Mike Vallely, helping to drive the creative vision for the brand. Requirements

Based in Jacksonville Beach, FL for daily on-site work at GORUCK HQ.
Deep understanding of the GORUCK ethos, rucking lifestyle and community.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Comfortable navigating Shopify.
1–3 years of hands-on technical experience.
Portfolio that proves ability to execute autonomously.
Ability to balance "authentic edginess" with the functional needs of a growing e-commerce business.
Willingness to travel when necessary.
Growth mindset; hands-on, hungry to learn, and ready to help build digital content from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Capture and edit high-quality photography and video for social channels, ads, and product launches.
Create impactful graphic design assets for web updates, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Build and design email layouts that resonate with our community.
Build and optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs) in Shopify, ensuring visual specs and descriptions are sharp and focused.
