The Opportunity Allara is looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Manager to own the programs and infrastructure that keep our marketing engine running. This role spans three core channels: strategic project and campaign execution, organic social strategy and creative, and leading the influencer and creator program in partnership with our paid marketing team. You'll turn briefs into deliverables, data into compelling narratives, and campaign concepts into coordinated launches with clear owners, timelines, and accountability. This is a role for someone who takes pride in excellent execution, moves fluidly across paid and brand, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment without needing a lot of hand-holding. Location: Hybrid (NYC). We value in-person collaboration and aim for at least three days per week in our NYC office, with flexibility as needed.
