About The Position

Develops, implements, and administers marketing objectives to align with the strategic vision of Senior Management and the Board of Springs Valley.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing.
  • Seven to 10 of marketing experience knowledge/experience in research and market development, budgeting, planning and implementation.
  • Strength and experience in artistic design/execution including development of brochures and other marketing and communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Exceptional knowledge brand management and optimizing social media impact and engagement activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, internet research, Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Create short-term and long-term strategic marketing plans.
  • Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Works closely with COO and Marketing Coordinator, as needed, to assist with Public Relations, Events, Donations & Sponsorships, and Gifts.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management and the Board as requested.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent brand image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Based on research and analysis of data, develop and implement marketing programs for new and existing products and services that capitalize on business opportunities to target new and existing customer segments.
  • Measures Return on Investment (ROI), monitors, and controls budgets and expenditures in the areas of marketing and advertising.
  • Develops and maintains relationships through community and professional visibility.
  • Directs social media presence, monitors effectiveness, and allocates resources.
  • Manages and maintains the Bank's website and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
  • Ensures all marketing initiatives and materials comply with applicable banking regulations and internal compliance standards.
