About The Position

Marketing Manager – Fort Lauderdale Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Must be available for weekend boat shows as needed A well-established marine company is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone creative, organized, and experienced in managing multi-channel marketing within the yachting or marine industry.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or strong proven experience in marketing management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a professional approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients and team members
• Experience with marketing platforms, segmentation, and templates preferred
• WordPress
• Mailchimp
• Facebook & Instagram
• Canva, Figma, Photoshop
• HubSpot

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the yachting or marine industry
• Photography or drone photography skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website (WordPress)
• Create blog content twice per month
• Develop and execute social media campaigns (1–2x per week on Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage and send regular email campaigns via Mailchimp
• Design brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
• Coordinate and prepare marketing assets for boat shows
• Represent the company at local boat shows and industry events
