About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing, event planning, and content creation, with a passion for the Harley-Davidson brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or powersports industries.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
• Strong creative, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to plan and execute large-scale events with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Harley-Davidson culture and customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute dealership marketing campaigns and events.
• Manage social media, digital ads, and website updates.
• Create engaging content that highlights the Harley-Davidson experience.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and media outlets.
• Track campaign performance and report results to management.
