About The Position

The Marketing Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships at both the clinic and regional levels, ensuring doctor satisfaction, and driving growth for Smile Doctors’ internal marketing agency. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clinics, fostering trust and long-term partnerships, and guiding teams through onboarding processes for services such as paid media, site migration, SEO, and creative. The manager will identify opportunities to expand the use of marketing services to meet clinic needs and increase agency participation. Collaboration with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, patient service center) is crucial for seamless transitions and goal achievement. The role requires addressing issues promptly, escalating when necessary, and delivering timely solutions. Performance monitoring, report preparation, and presentation of results are key duties. Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to doctors and cross-functional partners is also essential. The position involves uncovering, analyzing, and articulating marketing insights into actionable plans and communicating these actions to teams in an understandable manner. The Marketing Manager will also work with the Smile Doctors Agency to provide clear direction and accountability for media plans and partnerships on behalf of Doctors and local practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Seven (7+) years of experience working in a marketing required
  • Skilled in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
  • Skilled in organization and time management
  • Skilled in customer service (related to supporting other departments)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat

Nice To Haves

  • Digital marketing fluency and/or agency experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance, prepare regular reports, and present results to teams as identified.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to doctors and cross functional partners.
  • Uncovering, analyzing and articulating marketing insights into meaningful action and articulating actions needed to teams in easy to understand terminology
  • Work with the Smile Doctors Agency to provide clear direction and accountability across media plans and partnerships on behalf of Doctors and local practices.
