About The Position

Erickson-Hall Construction Co. is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, assist in managing department workload, and aid in developing team performance to drive brand growth, client retention, and new client acquisition. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing deadlines, coordinating events and promotional activities, and promoting branding and company culture across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will bridge strategy and execution with strong leadership skills, focusing on organization, communication, and logistics to ensure project pursuits and events run smoothly. Responsibilities include administration, stakeholder liaison, and problem-solving to keep department objectives on track, emphasizing novel solutions and exploring multiple perspectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the supervision, mentorship, and training of marketing staff.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, including the Erickson-Hall website, social media platforms, and marketing collateral.
  • Thoroughly research our target audience (internal teams, clients, and pursuit partners) and understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Support the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with Erickson-Hall company goals and pursuit specific objectives.
  • Careful review of guidelines for RFP submission requirements, scope of services requested, formatting, and structural content essential to meeting proposal parameters. Key elements include ensuring all deadlines for not only RFP submission but required meetings and subsequent registration dates are met.
  • Development of clear, compelling, customized proposals, and project interview presentations that effectively showcase Erickson-Hall and assigned pursuit partners/entities products, services, or project plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Erickson-Hall internal project teams, outside architects, consultants, and key subcontractors to gather accurate information and RFP response content to ensure consistency with RFP criteria.
  • Review, edit, and proofread proposals and marketing collateral to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to established guidelines and brand style.
  • Manage multiple marketing assignments simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and effectively delegating assignments. Monitor and track deadlines, manage workflows, ensure quality, and report on project status.
  • Develop and maintain a library of marketing collateral, proposal templates and reusable content, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze proposal submissions and outcomes, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics. (EHCC submitted proposals as well as ones that we have passed on.)
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, funding opportunities, procurement regulations, and best practices for proposal writing and marketing collateral development.
  • Manage the execution of digital marketing, social media, content, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure historical project data is continually updated as project milestones are achieved. Utilize past project performance information and experience to optimize the quality of RFP submissions and content for various forms of marketing collateral.
  • Strategically monitor the lifecycle of potential projects and client opportunities to assist in the management of department workload.
  • Communication, coordination, and collaboration between project teams and departments to achieve shared goals, break down silos for better efficiency, problem-solving, and overall success to create transparency, and shared understanding of objectives for smooth workflows and stronger company culture.
  • Act as a liaison between the PR department and internal/external stakeholders.
