Requirements

3–5+ years of marketing, operations, or project management experience
Strong business mindset with a process-driven approach
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Someone who creates clarity instead of waiting for direction
Strong communication and follow-through

Nice To Haves

Home improvement or lead generation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Own the operational execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish
Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, timelines, and repeatable processes
Manage project systems including tasks, deadlines, follow-ups, and accountability
Ensure every initiative is clearly scoped, tracked, and completed on time
Track KPIs, reporting, and campaign performance to improve operational efficiency
Identify bottlenecks, remove blockers, and continuously improve how marketing operates
