The Opportunity Allara is looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Manager to own the programs and infrastructure that keep our marketing engine running. This role spans three core channels: strategic project and campaign execution, organic social strategy and creative, and leading the influencer and creator program in partnership with our paid marketing team. You'll turn briefs into deliverables, data into compelling narratives, and campaign concepts into coordinated launches with clear owners, timelines, and accountability. This is a role for someone who takes pride in excellent execution, moves fluidly across paid and brand, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment without needing a lot of hand-holding.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in marketing, preferably at a DTC consumer brand, digital health company, or agency
  • Proven track record executing marketing programs across multiple channels with strong project management skills
  • Confident writer who produces clear, on-brand copy across formats — and uses AI tools to move faster
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external creative partners
  • Strong analytical instincts with the ability to turn performance data into a coherent recap
  • Clear, direct communicator who creates structure and holds people accountable without friction

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools
  • Enough creative judgment to push back on a brief constructively

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain content workflow infrastructure — briefings, reviews, and approvals — and coordinate across writers, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to keep content moving on time
  • Execute Instagram and TikTok strategy, develop creative content formats and recurring franchises, concept and direct short-form video, and manage community in Allara's voice
  • Own the influencer and creator program end-to-end: identification, outreach, briefing, contracting, performance review, ambassador programming, and budget management
  • Curate and manage inbound patient UGC, build sourcing and licensing systems, and create brand health reports based on community sentiment
  • Serve as the connective tissue between growth and brand on creative — ensuring paid needs are briefed correctly, delivered on time, and brand standards are upheld
  • Own end-to-end creative production from brief intake through final delivery, manage external creative partners, and maintain the integrated editorial calendar as the source of truth for all content in market
  • Manage ClickUp project tracking for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives, and support go-to-market execution for new product and condition-area launches
