About The Position

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to support occupancy growth, strengthen community partnerships, and enhance digital marketing performance across the organization. This role works closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support all levels of living, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement with prospective residents, families, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting sales and occupancy-driven marketing initiatives preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, website content management systems, and email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support community sales efforts across all levels of living to help achieve occupancy and census goals.
  • Coordinate and manage direct mail campaigns, including audience targeting, timelines, vendor coordination, and tracking.
  • Develop, update, and maintain sales collateral, brochures, presentations, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Assist with marketing support for events, open houses, and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales communications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, business partners, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
  • Identify and coordinate sponsorship opportunities that increase organizational visibility and community engagement.
  • Represent the organization at community events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings as needed.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen the organization’s reputation and local presence.
  • Support digital marketing strategy and campaign execution across multiple platforms.
  • Manage website content updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimization.
  • Coordinate and support social media content planning, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of e-newsletters and digital communications.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, social engagement, and other key metrics.
  • Provide reporting and recommendations based on analytics and campaign performance.
  • Support paid and organic digital campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
