About The Position

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting the fast-paced and collaborative marketing department at Lee Kennedy Company. This position is responsible for coordinating high-quality proposal submissions, developing and maintaining marketing collateral, and supporting a range of marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration abilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from RFQ/RFP release through final submission
  • Thoroughly review and understand RFQ/RFP requirements, ensuring compliance and alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate directly with Business Development, Preconstruction, and Project Management teams to gather required content, data, and supporting materials.
  • Oversee proposal production, including content development, editing, design, and final delivery
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and competitiveness of all submissions
  • Coordinate and schedule internal preparation meetings for proposal interviews.
  • Support project teams throughout the preparation process to ensure clear communication and readiness.
  • Develop, format, and produce interview materials such as: slide decks, handouts, and supporting collateral.
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards across all materials
  • Develop compelling project case studies and marketing content
  • Support Business Development efforts through brochures, qualifications packages, and targeted marketing strategies
  • Lead award submissions and coordinate press releases and media outreach
  • Oversee website content and project photography
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials
