The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that raise awareness and drive revenue growth across the Phantom and Forza Silicon brands globally. This role owns marketing-influenced pipeline metrics: lead-to-order conversion, and revenue contribution and requires fluency in both broad B2B marketing and highly technical, relationship-driven marketing for engineering audiences. The two brands serve fundamentally different buyer personas and engagement models: Phantom targets end-user researchers and engineers; Forza Silicon targets camera OEMs, defense/space integrators, and semiconductor design customers. The role collaborates closely with VRI Sales, Product Management, and BU leadership, and coordinates with division shared resources in India for technical marketing support.
