Drives and manages high-impact, high-quality local marketing activities across various channels to engage target audiences, strengthen brand awareness, and support firm and client and sector strategy. Ensures global and regional marketing initiatives are localized appropriately, ensuring targeting, content, and execution resonate with the local market while maintaining strategic alignment. Work closely with dedicated Events teams to plan, organize, and execute local events to the highest standards, enhancing client engagement and positioning the firm as a market leader. Identify, grow, and manage local sponsorships and partnerships, strengthening existing relationships and identifying new opportunities that align with the firm’s brand and strategy. Analyze local market trends and client insights, using data to shape messaging, refine targeting, and optimize marketing effectiveness. Develop insightful reports and presentations, tracking key marketing performance metrics and identifying drivers of success. Identify and integrate emerging marketing trends, ensuring the local strategy remains innovative and competitive. Work seamlessly with stakeholders across the firm and across Business Teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities and sharing of best practice. Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to access tools, templates, and expertise.
