About The Position

As an Account-Based Marketing Manager, you will execute Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns and plays that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth across League's priority U.S. accounts. Reporting to the Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager for the U.S., you'll bring our ABX strategy to life by deploying multi-touch programs across email, paid, direct mail, events, and BD-led outreach, and making sure every campaign is executed with precision and on time. This role is hands-on. You'll work closely with Sales, BD, Demand Gen, Content, and Marketing Operations to coordinate moving parts, deploy campaigns, and track performance. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience executing B2B account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, comfortable building, segmenting, QA-ing, and deploying email campaigns end-to-end.
  • Experience marketing into the U.S. healthcare market, either the provider or payer side.
  • Working knowledge of Demandbase or similar ABM platforms, able to pull account insights and activate intent signals to inform campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational rigor. You take pride in flawless execution.
  • Highly organized project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Collaborative communicator, comfortable working across Sales, BD, Content, and Ops to keep campaigns moving.
  • Curious and data-aware, able to pull insights from campaign performance and account engagement to inform what's next.
  • You have a learning mindset and are excited to grow your ABX craft, experiment, and improve based on results.

Responsibilities

  • Execute ABX campaigns and plays across the U.S. market by coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholders to deliver multi-touch programs on schedule.
  • Deploy ABX emails through our marketing automation platform, including audience segmentation, testing, scheduling, and QA.
  • Partner with Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and BD teams to bring integrated ABX motions to life across content, digital, direct mail, events, and sales outreach.
  • Support the Senior ABM Manager in translating ABX strategy into detailed campaign plans, briefs, and execution timelines.
  • Work with Sales and BD to activate plays at the account level, sharing engagement insights, coordinating outreach moments, and ensuring follow-up is aligned.
  • Pull account research and insights from Demandbase and other sources to inform campaign targeting and personalization.
  • Collaborate with Content and Demand Gen teams to ensure copy, creative, and long-form content are ready, on-brief, and tailored to account pain points.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure ABM tools, data, and integrations are working as expected for your campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, surface results, and flag insights that can improve future plays.
  • Contribute to the evolution of League's ABX playbooks and best practices by documenting what works.
  • Compliance with Information Security Policies
  • Ensure access management is performed in compliance with the employee's role and responsibilities
  • Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures within the department/ team
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations
