The ideal candidate is hands-on, willing to engage in the details of campaign execution, from writing copy to optimizing ad bids, while also being capable of strategic planning and team leadership. A strong understanding of marketing analytics, including data interpretation and attribution modeling, is crucial. You will own the full acquisition funnel, manage significant paid media budgets, build high-converting landing pages, lead CRO initiatives, and drive email marketing efforts. Additionally, you will lead and develop a marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and leverage data to inform all marketing decisions.
