About The Position

Join the Consumer Base Management team and help shape the future of TELUS, Koodo and EPP Add-A-Line and Add-A-X (Watch, tablet, etc.) portfolios! As Marketing Manager, you’ll drive growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize portfolio profitability through innovative campaign management and strong 4P execution. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and contributes to a collaborative, high-performing team culture. As a key contributor to the TELUS, Koodo, and EPP AAL & AAX portfolios, you’ll support go-to-market strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help execute impactful campaigns across all channels. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to respond to market changes, drive meaningful business outcomes, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our base management strategy.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in marketing or channel.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence teams.
  • Ability to bring people together in a positive and collaborative way, building alignment and inspiring action.
  • Strategic thinking about product portfolios and customer journeys.
  • Continuous growth mindset, seeking to enhance portfolio and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AAL & AAX campaign planning, execution, and reporting for TELUS, Koodo, and EPP mobility customers.
  • Develop and implement innovative test-and-learn strategies, experimenting with messaging, segmentation, and offers to uncover actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Acquisition, Pricing, and Product teams to implement impactful programs across sales channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics, uncover insights, and gain leadership buy-in for new initiatives.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like open rates, conversion rates, and revenue metrics, transforming data into recommendations.
