Diamond Mowers is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for establishing best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness, and to lead the overall approach to the use of marketing agencies. The Marketing Manager will establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with business needs and goals. This includes leading the strategy and implementation of media planning and buying (paid and organic), SEO, conversion rate optimization, website effectiveness, and data and analytics to support future digital growth. The role also involves ownership and optimization of DiamondMowers.com, including evaluating user experience, creating content, maximizing search rankings, and analyzing user engagement. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will identify, build, and execute A/B testing, manage social media presence, and implement and work with digital marketing technology such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WordPress. This position requires working with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies, and creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics. The role also includes leading and growing a team on site.
