About The Position
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support Clean Heat and Beneficial Electrification programs. You will focus on residential energy solutions including HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and whole-home efficiency programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in developing clean heat product strategies
- Translate policy and regulatory requirements into program rules and customer-facing materials
- Develop program applications and marketing collateral
- Support execution of marketing campaigns and customer messaging
- Collaborate with marketing communications teams to ensure detailed messaging
- Track KPIs and program data to support decision-making
- Coordinate across our teams to ensure successful program implementation and delivery
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the full product lifecycle
