Marketing is one of the core functions delivered through our Shared Services team, helping each brand bring its unique strengths to market while maintaining shared standards and best practices. As part of the Shared Services team, you will work with stakeholders across multiple Omni brands, contributing to initiatives that support the entire organization and help deliver a high-quality experience for internal teams and external clients. PRIMARY FUNCTION We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by driving measurable business impact. As a key member of the Marketing team, this role leads both enterprise-wide initiatives and the unique needs of a specific regional market. The Marketing Manager partners closely with regional and senior leadership to strengthen local brand presence, generate and accelerate leads, and deliver high-impact client experiences. This role drives the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, leads cross-functional initiatives, and ensures consistent, compelling brand storytelling across all touchpoints. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned marketer who has successfully led programs and campaigns, enjoys taking initiative, and is ready to operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design and/or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience supporting business development efforts through proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to collaborate with creative team and ensure brand-aligned materials
  • Experience leading or managing events and client experiences, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency with core business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Teams)
  • Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and execution

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across a mix of channels
  • Experience contributing to or helping shape content and digital marketing strategies
  • Exposure to website and content management platforms (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint, or similar tools)
  • Experience managing or partnering with external vendors and agencies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of client-focused marketing initiatives, from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to regional leadership and sales teams, proactively identifying opportunities to drive growth, enhance market visibility, and improve client engagement.
  • Responsible for the development of high-impact proposals (RFPs/RFIs), presentations, and client-facing materials in close partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute regional events and experiences, overseeing strategy, budgeting, vendor partnerships, and execution to deliver measurable ROI and brand impact.
  • Develop and manage integrated regional marketing campaigns across a mix of digital and offline channels, leveraging the most effective platforms and tactics to reach target audiences and drive results.
  • Analyze campaign and initiative performance, translating data into actionable recommendations and continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner cross-functionally across the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Collaborate in defining and advancing regional content strategy, including website and intranet updates, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
  • Maintain strong brand governance across all regional marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across platforms, tools, and materials.
  • Manage regional marketing budget and support progress toward annual goals and objectives.
  • Lead relationships with external vendors, including printers, photographers, and media partners, ensuring quality, efficiency, and value.
  • Drive social media strategy at the regional level to increase engagement, visibility, and brand equity.
  • Act as a key point of contact for regional marketing needs, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Take ownership of special projects and new initiatives, bringing forward ideas and leading execution to support evolving business goals.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving business and marketing priorities.
