About The Position

Mine & Yours is a leading luxury resale company in Canada, dedicated to promoting sustainability and making high-end fashion accessible. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of marketing plans, overseeing various marketing channels (digital, social, influencer, experiential), and managing day-to-day marketing initiatives. This role involves optimizing content calendars, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships, as well as using analytics to drive strategy and maximize ROI. The manager will collaborate with Buying, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. Key areas of focus include digital and performance marketing (ad trafficking, email marketing with Klaviyo, reporting), content and brand storytelling (managing content pipeline, creative input), community and events (conceptualizing and executing activations, managing events end-to-end), and operations/process management (implementing workflows, improving team efficiency).

Requirements

  • Experience in leading marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in managing various marketing channels (digital, social, influencer, experiential).
  • Experience with content calendars, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
  • Ability to use analytics to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies.
  • Experience with ad trafficking, reporting, and optimizations.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
  • Experience in managing content pipelines, including shoots and approvals.
  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing events.
  • Experience in managing event logistics (timelines, budgets, vendors, staffing).
  • Experience with project management systems (e.g., Asana).
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and resale market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of annual and seasonal marketing plans that support company objectives and sales targets.
  • Oversee all marketing channels including digital, social, influencer, and experiential, ensuring brand consistency and performance alignment.
  • Own day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies are met.
  • Manage and optimize content calendars, paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Use analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the Buying, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to ensure unified storytelling across product launches, promotions, and in-store experiences.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to manage ad trafficking, reporting, and weekly optimizations.
  • Oversee Klaviyo email marketing operations, including campaign planning, segmentation, flows, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards across email, paid, and social to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Oversee the content pipeline, ensuring shoots, edits, approvals, and publishing are executed on time.
  • Act as a working creative partner, stepping in to concept or create content when needed.
  • Conceptualize and execute community-driven activations, collaborations, and VIP events that strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Own end-to-end event execution, including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, staffing, and post-event reporting.
  • Partner with store and ecommerce teams to integrate marketing efforts into client experiences and product storytelling.
  • Implement and manage marketing workflows and project management systems (e.g., Asana), ensuring visibility across all active projects.
  • Establish and refine processes that improve team efficiency, speed, and output quality.
