Omari Construction is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing (Canvassing) Manager to lead and develop a team of Field Canvassers. This role involves strategic planning, active field participation, performance tracking, and team motivation to achieve ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in field marketing and a passion for driving growth.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop Field Canvassers
• Schedule canvassing routes and assign territories strategically
• Lead from the front — actively work in the field when needed, drive the van
• Track service agreements, conversion rates, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure smooth lead handoff
• Enforce canvassing standards, messaging, and daily accountability
• Motivate your team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
• Maintain professionalism and represent Omari Construction with enthusiasm
