About The Position

The Marketing Manager is a key member of our Marketing Team, responsible for owning campaigns and partnerships from kickoff to delivery. You will run our Utah Jazz partnership activations, lead marketing for new location openings, support our loyalty and community programs, and make sure every campaign actually ships on time and on brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants the keys to real projects with real visibility. Be part of a team where your impact goes beyond the job. It creates smiles, builds connections, and drives success. We are a people-focused business that just happens to wash cars, and together we make every day shine. Ready to make a difference? Let's do this!

  • Proven ability to run multiple projects at once and deliver them on time.
  • Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or partners.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, Asana, or similar).
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) for budget tracking, reporting, and planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can write a brief, run a meeting, and email a partner without rewrites.

  • Background in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or experiential partnerships.
  • Experience supporting or running loyalty or membership programs.

  • Own day to day execution of our member loyalty program, working across marketing, operations, and technology.
  • Drive ongoing program performance, member experience, and growth.

  • Track and manage campaign and vendor budgets across the marketing function, keeping spend aligned to plan.
