About The Position

The Marketing Manager will be a motivated and passionate individual who will provide marketing strategies for our organization. As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Leadership Team, Sales Division, Purchasing Team, and Vendors to create valuable content to promote Acorn Distributors, Inc brand, products, and services.

Requirements

At least two (2) year’s experience in Marketing or Business required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite software

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align promotional strategies
Develop and manage annual marketing budget
Collaborate with vendors on monthly, quarterly and annual sales Incentives
Play an integral role in developing an overall marketing strategy that leads to the overall growth of the company
Lead large scale projects such as website design, training, marketing, and onboarding programs
Implement and manage the vendor marketing program
Provide insight into developing plans to increase market exposure
Recap and manage the financials tied to the marketing program, events and meetings
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Create, design, and proof social and print campaigns
Assist in the coordination of monthly sales meetings, promotions, events, and outings
Attend industry trade shows
