About The Position

A fast-growing company is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing initiatives across digital, creative, and brand channels. This is a “marketing machine” role — ideal for someone who can both think strategically and execute quickly. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling marketing efforts across multiple touchpoints, from content creation to branding to campaign execution. The right candidate is creative, resourceful, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience
  • Strong execution skills across multiple marketing channels
  • Experience creating content, decks, and marketing materials
  • Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and digital tools
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset
  • Experience with website development or basic coding/integrations
  • Background in PR, branding, or event marketing
  • Experience managing freelancers or external vendors

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing content across social media, email, and digital platforms
  • Develop pitch decks, presentations, and branded materials
  • Oversee website updates, improvements, and overall digital presence
  • Coordinate and produce animated videos, graphics, and creative assets
  • Manage and grow social media platforms and engagement
  • Build and optimize email campaigns and templates
  • Support PR initiatives and brand positioning
  • Track performance and adjust campaigns based on results
  • Coordinate trade shows, booths, and promotional events
  • Manage production of merchandise, business cards, and marketing materials
  • Work with external vendors, freelancers (e.g., Fiverr), and agencies
  • Assist in hiring and managing additional marketing support as needed
  • Support website builds and integrations (basic coding/technical understanding preferred)
  • Implement and manage marketing tools, systems, and automation
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and assets
