About The Position

This is a permanent, full-time position with a preferred base in Florida, USA; however, we are open to considering strong candidates from other U.S. locations depending on experience. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to elevate our brand, support franchise partners, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-border stakeholders, manage marketing initiatives end-to-end, and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making. A key component of this role includes overseeing social media strategy and digital engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role (QSR or franchising experience is an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media tools
  • Creative and analytical mindset

Nice To Haves

  • QSR or franchising experience is an asset
  • Experience working with cross-border teams is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, franchisee engagement, and customer acquisition
  • Design, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event channels
  • Oversee social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including content calendars, posting, and engagement
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide marketing tools, resources, and guidance to franchisees
  • Manage and track the marketing budget effectively
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and Design
  • Support promotional events, trade shows, and franchise meetings
  • Develop and execute localized marketing initiatives (travel may be required)
  • Contribute to the growth and scalability of the marketing function
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
